Once you make the payment, you must complete our extensive History form. One dietitian will be assigned to you who will be in touch with you on this journey. You have to update your progress to them every week & as per that, you will get a new customised diet plan.

How much weight a person will lose totally depends on their metabolic rate, body type, medical condition & how well they follow the plan. Typically a person loses 4-6 kg per month but, the result differs from person to person.

No, gym is not a compulsion. But Along with our diet plans, you need to follow any 30-45 minutes of activity of your choice (yoga, brisk walk, dance, home exercises) for better results.

We believe in natural weight loss hence; we do not give any powders/medicines or supplements. Instead, we provide healthy diet plans using home cooked food for weight loss.

We have multiple payment gateways like Paytm, Bank Transfers, Google Pay and BHIM UPI. However, we do not have a part-payment or EMI facility.

Your medical condition requires proper medical assistance and a proper diet that plays a supplementary role in your body. Your medical condition can not be cured entirely but managed by diet & also will help to prevent different diseases by keeping you healthy. We have seen a good improvement in our clients having similar health conditions during our practice.

We try our best to give our clients the best results. This is a rare situation where a client won’t be losing any weight. We have a good success rate & in some cases, we do extend plans from our side. Please note that we do not have a refund policy.

We will tweak your program as per your mess schedule. However you will need to buy something e.g. fruits. We will give you options accordingly.

We do not recommend stopping the diet plan in between before reaching your target weight, as your weight will be volatile. However, once your consultation is over, we will share the Maintenance plan you need to follow for at least three months to maintain your weight. A maintenance plan is included in every program.

It is advisable to start your weight loss journey after six months of delivery.
